Facing-off is one of the most overlooked positions when it comes to the amount of time spent in a team's practice. It just so happens that two of the key compenents of being a dominate faceoff man is hearing as many whistles as possible and getting as many repetitions against live competition. It is crucially important for faceoff men to hear whistles to stay on Top of their game and to go against other faceoff men to learn their competition's moves.
Our training format includes a simulated game atmosphere
where you can get the whistles you need and experience live action. Try out new moves in live competition
against your peers, and our top instructors!
Come down to Turf Island this Friday and test your faceoff skills and get the reps you are missing in practice!!! |
