LIGHTHOUSE LACROSSE FALL/WINTER LEAGUES

LIGHTHOUSE LACROSSE is dedicated to providing a competitive lacrosse league that will improve each camper’s skill level during the offseason. Campers will develop fundamentals and be challenged to elevate their game.

The Fall League will be held on the turf field under the lights. The Winter League will be held Indoor on high quality synthetic turf fields at the Long Island Sports Complex. Games will consist of two 22 minute running halves and offer the highest level of officiating on Long Island. The leagues are open to all travel and town teams. Teams will be entered on a first come first served basis. Individuals can also register as free agents and be placed on a team. There will be no mandatory practices scheduled for this league; however, some coaches may organize optional training sessions.

LIGHTHOUSE LACROSSE WINTER INDOOR LEAGUE

LOCATION: Long Island Sports Complex :: 103 Mill Road :: Freeport, NY 11520
SEASON I: Nov 4th – Jan 11th, 2009
SEASON II: Jan 13th – March 29th (9th & 10th will be finished by March 5th)

If you want to play at the best indoor lacrosse facility in Long Island then this league is for you. Lighthouse Lacrosse Indoor Leagues are 8v8 full field play, on high quality synthetic turf, with no glass or boards to restrict game action. Due to the unique nature of the facility, we are also able to allow 2 long pole defensemen per team on the field.
