We believe that lacrosse players improve the more they practice and play. Players are expected to attend all practices and scrimmages/tournaments. Attendance will be taken at practices. Please note that practice attendance is extremely important, not only for the individual player, but also for the rest of the team. Lacrosse is a team sport and when one player misses a practice, the entire team suffers.

Practices will be conducted at a high intensity and are used for player development and implementing team strategies. Since we practice less than a regular season team, we expect each player to improve during their personal time by practicing the skills learned in practice. Sometimes 4-5 games are played in a weekend tournament, so physical endurance and proper hydration are very important!

Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesday in June and Wednesday only in July.

Entrance to Harbor Links is on the left. Make the first left into the Executive Golf Course parking lot and park on the right. Entrance to soccer fields is up the ramp to the right.
