Premiere Indoor Lacrosse League
LIGHTHOUSE
LACROSSE is dedicated to
providing a competitive
lacrosse league that will improve
each player’s
skill level during the off season.
Campers will develop fundamentals
and be challenged to elevate their
game.
If you want
to play at the best indoor lacrosse
facility in Long Island then this
league is for you. Lighthouse Lacrosse
Indoor Leagues are 8v8 full field
play, on high quality synthetic turf,
with no glass or boards to restrict
game action. Due to the unique nature
of the facility, we are also able
to allow 2 long pole defensemen per
team on the field.
The Lighthouse
Lacrosse Winter 2009/2010 League
will be held at the Long
Island Sports Complex, which
offers an 40 x 80 synthetic turf
field with no boards or glass encasing.
The games will consist of two 22
minute running halves, with high
quality officiating.
The league is open to all travel,
town and PAL teams. Teams will be
entered on a first come first served
basis. Individuals can also register
as free agents and be placed on a
team. There will be no mandatory
practices scheduled for this league;
however, some coaches may organize
optional training sessions.

Nights. Grades 3-6 will not play

will rotate throughout the season. One game per week; maximum 2 games per week. |

| LIGHTHOUSE MEMBERSHIP: |
Players who have either played on the 2009 summer travel team or have tried out for 2010 travel team on October 17th. |
